1. Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 24 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim a refund. In the case of Courier, product cancellation is not possible if the product is dispatched, and Personalized Products can not be canceled once placed.
2. Cancellation of order shall be performed by a call to our customer support number, or a written email to [email protected]
An email for cancellation should contain the following details:-

3. Cancellation shall be started after a formal order cancellation request is received on-call or at email.
4. Refund shall be initiated under the following conditions:
a. Order was canceled by a call or an email.
b. We or our delivery partner could not deliver the order due to unavoidable reasons (This does not include the delivery failure due to, “Wrong address, Recipient does not found, etc)
c. If there was an issue with the quality of the product, we will inquire about the issue, and if we found the same, we can provide a product replacement or refund.
5. In any circumstances, A refund can not be more than the amount paid by the customer.
6. In the case of Cancellation, 10% of the total amount of the order will be charged.
7. Discounted and exempted amount can not be refunded in any case
8. Any excess amount credited to Gurgaon Florist’s account can be considered for refund or order enhancement.
